Hero Group of Industries was Conceived and Developed by MR.R.K.Gupta a Professional and Mechanical Engineer in the year 1977 having worked with a West German Company Established in India and Engaged in Coating, Printing and Conversion since 1933.

After a successful career of over 1-1/2 decades in different capacities, his natural instinct encouraged him to independently establish a manufacturing & marketing activity.

Mr. R.K.Gupta and HERO GROUP OF COMPANIES were the first in India to establish a machine Building company to cater to the specific needs of the Coating, Conversion, Printing and Laminating industry. Till the First tissue Paper Coating Plant came out from HERO GROUP OF COMPANIES, this kind of machines were Imported in India from Germany, Europe and U.S.

Mr. R.K.Gupta not only was successful in bringing out the Coating Line along with

ancillary Converting Machines in India in the year 1978. His efforts for substituting the Imports of such equipments was acknowledged and recorded by the Industry.

He was awarded UDYOG RATAN AWARD by the Economic Affairs Ministry Govt. of India and his HERO GROUP OF COMPANIES were recognized by all Govt. of India Financial Institutions, State Govt. Financial Institutions and the Bankers for providing financial help in India to promote the Industries with his Plants and Equipments.

After establishing over 180 Projects Small and Big all over the country Hero Group of Companies launched their DRIVE to Exports the machines in 1992. In the year 1993, the First order for OPP COATING AND CONVERTING LINE machine was received from Middle East and Plant was successfully commissioned within 6 months of the order and thereafter there has not been any looking back in our Export activities.

In the past 4 Decades we have by the GRACE OF ALMIGHTY GOD established more than 500 Projects in different Countries.

We still follow German Pattern in machines Construction, Selection of Raw Materials, their processing and Testing which gives not only extra ability and the Durability to our Plants and Equipments but also sufficient Care has been taken to make the machines totally operator’s friendly and Maximum Automation wherever possible and required.

The company has a team of Technically Qualified trained Engineers and Skilled staff for manufacturing activities and a separate Team Headed by an Engineer for Erection and commissioning and after Sales-Service.

The Company has been well equipped with Plant and Machinery for the manufacturing of the machines as well as varieties of Tapes.

Simultaneously, we also began manufacturing all kinds of Tapes in our ‘OWN HOUSE’ established in the year 1993 and are one of the renowned Manufacturer and Exporter of a high Quality range of Adhesive Tapes , BOPP Tapes and Stretch Film. These products are made in compliance with the International Quality Standards high quality Raw materials sourced from the most trusted Vendors of the Industry. Moreover, we have most sophisticated facilities for carrying out production related activities in the most efficient and effective manner.
